ADMINISTRATOR / Personal Assistant

JOB TYPE: Permanent, up-to full
time
LOCATION: Oldcastle, Co Meath.
This position will suit someone capable of carrying out routine administrative
tasks methodically, accurately and efficiently, while at the same time seeking
an opportunity to show initiative and take on varied assignments and challenges;
an awareness of international affairs and an interest in expanding professional
skills will be real assets.
ESSENTIAL: 5-10 years relevant experience proving
that you are a real all-rounder:
bright, motivated, organised, flexible, with
the ability to multi-task
ability to cope with pressure and
deadlines
trustworthy,
discrete
good team worker while also own capable of
working on own initiative
quick learner with ability to produce
accurate and timely results
high level of proficiency in MS Office,
internet (desktop publishing an advantage)
able to deal confidently with people at all
levels (in meetings, by phone &
email)
excellent English language skills
(French/Spanish an advantage)
RESPONSIBILITIES: will include, but not limited
to:
maintaining, devising office systems,
including filing, data management/ database
dealing with email/post, corresponding on
behalf of manager
formatting reports, presentations
etc
arranging travel, accommodation, domestic
& overseas workshops etc
liaising with clients by
phone/internet
other PA tasks
