Objective: to support local and international actors engaged in
Municipal level assessment as a basis for planning human rights-based
development programming.
Led by the Human Rights Law Centre at the University of Nottingham,
this project provided support to the Regional Municipal Assessment
Programme (Rmap) in Bosnia and Herzegovina. IHRN input involved design
and delivery of policy and methodology advice including criteria,
indicators and bench-marks for Rmap teams to use in human rights-based
assessment and analysis.
This project was carried out in 2003 on behalf of UN Development
Programme, UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the
Ministry of Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina. |
